Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and availability of products
  • Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely delivery of materials and products
  • Coordinate inbound shipping with our logistics partners, including negotiating the best prices and fastest possible transit times
  • Create purchase orders (POs) in our MRP system and deliver them to our manufacturing partners
  • Provide, generate, and maintain appropriate shipping compliance documentation
  • Maintain weekly calls with manufacturing partners to ensure timely delivery and status updates
  • Receive inbound shipments in the inventory system, setting up ASNs w/ 3PL
  • Create new SKUs, UPCs as applicable
  • Oversee warehouse inspections and inventory counts
  • Track accounts payable related to inventory purchases

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Prior experience in operations coordination or a similar role is preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and logistics
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with inventory management systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
