Position Overview:

Crown Administrators is seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategic Partnership Director to join our team in Austin, TX. As the Strategic Partnership Director, you will play a key role in building and managing relationships with HealthShare organizations, driving strategic partnerships, and accelerating growth through collaboration and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic partnership strategy to identify and nurture relationships with HealthShare organizations.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at HealthShare organizations, including executives, decision-makers, and influencers.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to align partnership objectives with business goals and drive mutual value for both parties.

  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions with HealthShare partners, ensuring terms are favorable and aligned with Crown Administrators' interests.

  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for joint marketing initiatives, co-promotions, and co-branded campaigns to enhance visibility and drive revenue growth.

  • Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics, providing regular reports and updates to senior management to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities in the HealthShare market to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.

Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • 5-8 years of proven experience in partner relationship management, preferably in the healthcare or health insurance industry.

  • Demonstrated track record of successfully building and managing strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth, and achieving business objectives.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, capable of identifying opportunities, developing innovative solutions, and executing effective partnership strategies.

  • Located in Austin, TX or willing to relocate.
