Our corporate office in Audubon, PA is currently seeking a IT Support Specialist to join our team Our goal is for this role to continually expand and grow To achieve that goal, this position is based fully onsite, 100% of the time with no remote working opportunities.

What You Will Do:

  • Respond to telephone calls, emails, and service requests for technical support in a timely manner, escalating issues as needed.
  • Identify, research, isolate, and resolve information systems problems.
  • Utilize problem management database and/or help desk system.
  • Familiarizes employees with established policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Trains and instructs employees on the proper use of equipment.
  • Provide technical and functional support to internal user community
  • Work with 3rd party vendors to resolve issues
  • Monitor server health and conduct HW/SW repairs as needed on a daily basis.
  • Maintain equipment and supply inventory.
  • Maintain all files related to equipment issuance and end-user’s.
  • Assist in troubleshooting of network and related telecom outages and issues.
  • Refer contracted hardware or software problems or defective products to vendors for service.
  • Solid oral, written and listening communications skills required.
  • Document effectively, clearly and timely on all work performed into the companies help desk software.
  • Travel occasionally to the company’s divisions in multiple states to resolve issues if the need may arise.
  • Special projects and other job duties as assigned.

You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Sciences or other related field, required.
  • Two (2) to three (3) years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience working in a support/help desk role.
  • Knowledge of Networking technologies and the ability to work on different networking platforms.
  • Ability to Troubleshoot PC and Commercial Software (i.e. MS Office Suite)
  • Ability to self-teach software/technologies
  • Knowledge of Installation, configuration and support of PCs, printers and peripherals
  • Strong organizational skills, an innate sense of urgency
  • Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced, time sensitive environment with shifting priorities

  • Ability to be onsite five (5) days a week
