About the Role

MRO is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to MRO employees, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to MRO employees, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Case Management: Utilize the Salesforce CRM to document cases and monitor ticket activity to ensure timely resolution.
  • PC/User Administration: Perform remote troubleshooting, assign users and computers to proper groups in Active Directory, and create multiple accounts for user communities.
  • Operational Support: Work with Desktop Support and Application Support teams to resolve support-related issues, troubleshoot problems, and document processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-3 years in a Help Desk, desktop support, or application support role.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service, detail-oriented, excellent verbal and written communication skills, effective problem-solving skills, and knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, Exchange email administration, Salesforce, SharePoint, and Office 365 suite.
  • Education: Associates degree and/or equivalent work experience along with a high school diploma (or equivalent) is required.
