The day-to-day responsibilities will include managing a team of representatives that answer all incoming calls to the dealership profit center and pursuing those leads by moving them through the sales cycle. Benefits

Responsibilities
  • Answer dealership group phones, greet and receive prospects and customers
  • Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
  • Downloads and follows up on all dealership manifest and opportunities lists.
  • Makes outbound prospecting calls inviting prospects to the dealership.
  • Makes CSI follow-up calls.
  • Contacts all no-shows to reschedule missed appointments.
  • Sets goals for the business development team and develops strategies to meet those goals
  • Advises customers on special-order parts status, appointment reminders, and recall campaigns.
  • Work cooperatively with the sales, parts and body shop departments.
  • Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
  • Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Train business development staff
  • Assist in scheduling and confirming sales and services appointments
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality
  • Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment
  • Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Bilingual is a Plus
  • Automotive industry experience a plus
  • Retail experience helpful
