  • Serve as the main point of contact for your assigned accounts.
  • Respond to client inquiries and follow up as needed.
  • Assist the call center with daily operations.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to track sales progress.
  • Ensure client needs are met throughout the sales process.
  • Address and resolve any sales-related issues that arise.
  • Report on sales performance and escalate concerns to management.
  • Create and maintain accurate sales documentation, reports, and plans.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent work ethic and customer service orientation.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze and process numerical data.

General Information:

  • Work Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
    • After hours and weekends may be required based on workload
