Full Charge Bookkeeper

Responsibilities:

• Execute full cycle accounting tasks.

• Maintain and update the general ledger regularly.

• Conduct monthly bank reconciliations to ensure financial integrity.

• Accurately reconcile balance sheets on a monthly basis.

• Participate in accounts payable (AP) to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.

• Participate in month-end close activities, including the preparation and posting of journal entries.

• Prepare and post monthly journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.

• Prepare monthly financial reports to provide insights into business performance.

• Ensure all financial transactions are properly documented and stored for future reference.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on account status.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Familiarity with journal entries

• Capability to prepare financial statements

• Knowledge of reconciliations

• Understanding of general ledger maintenance and management

• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Detail-oriented and ability to work with a high level of accuracy

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Demonstrated initiative to solve problems and make continuous process improvements

• Experience with accounting software would be an advantage

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field a plus
