Job Description:
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $16.00 per hour (Opportunity for pay increase after successful probationary period.)
Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday
Work Location: In-Office
Summary:
The role of a Quoting Specialist (QS) is critical to the success of our client’s team. As a QS, you will be responsible for communicating with sales, collecting data related to a customer’s request and keying order information into various quoting related systems. As a QS you will be responsible for ensuring that all products and services quoted against the addresses in the quote match the order request. The QS will also need to ensure the accuracy of the output against the products and services in the request prior to sending a response to sales for customer review.
Requirements:Duties Include:
- Attending sales calls
- Completing tasks as assigned
- Creating/configuring quotes and packages in any relevant system needed to fulfill a request from sales.
- Effectively communicate with other teams such as Globalink, Legal, PCM, Address Validation, AYS, and document updates in a timely manner
- Proactively monitor quoting activity and advise Deal Facilitator (DF) immediately if/when a risk is identified.
- Providing daily updates on the status of assigned tasks
- Case Management
- Clear and concise documentation
- Proactively communicating any issues that may jeopardize SLA’s.
- Ensuring quality and accuracy of all quotes
- Assisting DF with gathering all required information needed for the quote.
- Meeting the milestones of assigned tasks
- Continuous development of knowledge regarding all products and services
Qualifications:
- Proficiency with MS Office/G-Suite is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with PEGA and Salesforce is preferred, but not required.
- Must have excellent organizational skills.
- Effective Time Management skills
- Project Management experience is a plus, but not required.
- Problem solving skills.
- Ability to handle stress and tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong team collaboration and communication skills
