Position Summary:

This role of a Sales Support Specialist is pivotal to the success of our Account Management team. While direct sales are not part of this position, the Sales Support Specialist plays a crucial role in facilitating communication between sales teams and clients. Responsibilities include gathering and inputting data related to customer inquiries into various quoting systems, ensuring that all products and services quoted align with the customer's requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in sales meetings and discussions.
  • Process client inquiries and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
  • Create and configure quotes and packages in the necessary systems to fulfill sales requests.
  • Maintain effective communication with cross-functional teams, including Legal, PCM, Address Validation, and AYS, ensuring timely documentation updates.
  • Provide regular updates on the status of assigned quotes.
  • Manage cases and maintain clear documentation.
  • Proactively communicate any potential issues that may affect service level agreements.
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of all quotes produced.
  • Continuously enhance knowledge of all products and services offered.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in MS Office and G-Suite is essential.
  • Familiarity with PEGA and Salesforce is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Experience in Project Management is beneficial but not required.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities.
  • Effective time management capabilities.
  • Problem-solving aptitude.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong collaborative and communication skills within a team environment.
