Position Summary:

This role of a Sales Support Specialist is pivotal to the success of our Account Coordination team. While direct sales are not part of this position, the Sales Support Specialist is essential in ensuring seamless communication with the sales team and accurately processing customer requests. You will be responsible for inputting data into various quoting systems and ensuring that all products and services quoted align with customer orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in sales discussions and meetings.
  • Handle client requests and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
  • Generate and configure quotes and packages in necessary systems to meet sales requests.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams including Legal, PCM, Address Validation, and AYS, ensuring timely documentation updates.
  • Provide regular updates on the status of quotes assigned.
  • Manage cases effectively.
  • Maintain clear and precise documentation.
  • Proactively address any issues that may impact service level agreements.
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of all quotes produced.
  • Continuously enhance knowledge of all products and services offered.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in MS Office and G-Suite applications.
  • Familiarity with PEGA and Salesforce is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Experience in Project Management is beneficial but not essential.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to manage stress and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail is crucial.
