About the Position

The Operational Excellence Program Manager is responsible for leading and managing the continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. They will work with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to identify and implement best practices, streamline processes, and optimize performance. They will also foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

Competencies and Position Requirements

  • Drives the design and implementation of company-wide process improvement strategies and initiatives
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to identify and prioritize areas of operational improvement, system integrations, and innovation
  • Leads and mentors cross-functional teams on operational excellence tools and techniques
  • Ensures compliance with company standards and industry regulations
  • Serves as Project Manager for key initiatives
  • Monitors and reports on operational performance metrics
  • Guides change management initiatives to drive organizational transformation
  • Collaborates with senior management to align operational excellence initiatives with business strategy
  • Drives change management and communication initiatives to ensure successful adoption and sustainability of operational excellence initiatives

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in technology, Business, or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, project management or quality management roles
  • IT and Systems Integration experience
  • Accounting Industry experience a Plus
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering large-scale and complex operational excellence projects
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
  • Passionate about continuous improvement, innovation, and customer satisfaction

Work Environment

  • Part-time; 20-25 hours a week
