Position Summary

The Operational Excellence Program Manager plays a pivotal role in spearheading and overseeing continuous improvement initiatives within the organization. This position collaborates with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to pinpoint and implement best practices, enhance processes, and boost overall performance. The manager will also cultivate a culture focused on excellence, innovation, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute company-wide strategies for process improvement and operational excellence.
  • Engage with stakeholders to identify and prioritize operational enhancement opportunities, system integrations, and innovative solutions.
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams in utilizing operational excellence methodologies and tools.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards and industry regulations.
  • Act as Project Manager for significant initiatives.
  • Track and report on key operational performance indicators.
  • Guide change management efforts to facilitate organizational transformation.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align operational excellence strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Drive communication initiatives to ensure the successful adoption and sustainability of operational excellence practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in technology, business, or a related discipline.
  • At least 10 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, project management, or quality management roles.
  • Experience in IT and systems integration.
  • Background in the accounting industry is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and executing large-scale operational excellence projects.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Passionate about continuous improvement, innovation, and client satisfaction.
