We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our Marketing Team, and supporting our Legal departments. This is an entry level position with an emphasis on administrative qualifications.

Assistant Job Duties
The position will interact daily with other marketing team members, and report directly to the Marketing Director, Manager, and Operations Manager.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the marketing leadership team through the organization and administrative tasks for various projects
  • Coordinate and maintain schedules for the marketing department
  • Review, order, and track all swag items for events
  • Research and book venues and caterers
  • Manage set-up and tear-down operations
  • Anticipate attendee needs and making preparations against potential risks
  • Transfer paper reports into computer files
  • Assemble marketing materials
  • Submit, update, and file credits to the state
Required:
  • Good understanding of office management and customer service
  • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
  • Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
  • The ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, computer software, and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Suite etc.)
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Reliability and attention to detail
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds
  • Must have ability to work nights and weekends, as required
  • Must pass a background check 

Pay: From $18 an hour, based on experience
