Position Summary

A reputable State Farm Agent is in search of a dedicated professional to fill the role of Office Management Assistant. Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain customer relationships while ensuring follow-up communications.
  • Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy modifications, claims, and billing.
  • Utilize a customer-centered, needs-based approach to inform clients about insurance alternatives.
  • Collaborate with the agent to set and achieve marketing objectives.
  • Generate leads, arrange appointments, assess customer needs, and promote suitable products and services.
  • Train and support team members, managing escalations effectively.

Qualifications

  • Preferred experience in sales (inside or outside sales, retail, or telemarketing)
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Enthusiastic about the role of insurance and financial products in managing everyday risks and helping clients achieve their goals
  • People-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented
  • Proactive problem-solving skills
  • Ability to present effectively to potential clients
  • Experience in marketing strategies
  • Capability to assess customer needs and conduct thorough interviews
  • Ability to establish rapport with clients
  • Knowledge of life insurance products
  • Current Property and Casualty license
  • Current Life and Health license
