Position Summary:

Our growing Sales Operations team is seeking a Market Research intern to support enterprise sales in acquiring new business. As an intern, you will work within the Sales organization and cross-functionally with Marketing to improve the Sales team's efficiency throughout the sales cycle. This role reports directly to the Account Development Manager and works closely alongside the Sales Enablement Coordinator (SE-C).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create in-depth and accurate account research for Sales to work as potential opportunities.
  • Assist in discovering new market opportunities and identifying new verticals to target.
  • Help conduct competitive intelligence in the market, identifying new ways to serve prospects.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and the SE-C to develop content that will accelerate the sales cycle.
  • Help source networking opportunities, events, and conferences to find leads and drive revenue.
  • Champion our brand presence, becoming an active ambassador for ESA.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to work onsite at least 2-3 days a week.
  • Must have completed or be enrolled in Marketing or Market research course.
  • Must have completed or be enrolled in Sales related courses.
  • Must have the desire to work in Sales or Marketing research after graduation.
  • Previous internships or positions in Sales related roles preferred but not required.
