- Review Applications: Assess insurance applications and quotes for accuracy and completeness.
- Client Service: Provide support for existing accounts, ensuring compliance with surplus lines and gathering necessary information for underwriting purposes.
- Account Management: Manage client files, including submission files, policy issuance, invoicing, and audit verification.
- Quality Control: Adhere to established quality control protocols.
- Licensing Compliance: Ensure all licensing requirements are met.
- Relationship Building: Communicate effectively while fostering key relationships with retail agents and carriers, supporting the Team Leader in production underwriting.

Qualifications- Active state insurance license (2-20 or 4-40).
- Two to three years of experience in commercial lines insurance.
- Preferred experience with insurance carrier rating.

- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
- Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a production-focused team setting.
- Goal-oriented with a commitment to excellent customer service.
