Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

All areas of responsibility listed below are essential to the satisfactory performance of this position, with reasonable accommodation, if necessary. Any non-essential functions are assumed to be included in "other related duties as assigned":

These daily activities include, but aren't limited to:

  • Perform basic troubleshooting for printer and copier issues (Canon, Konica Minolta, Xerox, Lexmark, Hewlett Packard), including networking, drivers, and software problems, with a focus on achieving remote resolution. Processing supply requests from clients on the phone or submitted electronically.
  • Maintains records of daily data communication transactions, issues and remote remedial actions taken.
  • Maintain knowledge base for your team.
  • Maintain regular communication with Team Lead.
  • Special Projects as assigned.
  • Responsible for understanding, staying updated on, and abiding by the Employee Handbook as written.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Minimum of two days in office weekly
  • Proficient in Microsoft products with a demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software's.
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
  • Knowledge/Experience with Mac PC and remote tools.
  • Knowledge/Experience with Imageware/Vcare/Remote diagnostic tools.
  • Exceptional follow-up and follow-through abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both orally and written.
  • Works well under pressure, consistently meets deadlines and efficiently manages multiple tasks.
  • Ability to effectively manage highly complex, confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Familiarity with Canon, Konica Minolta, Xerox, Lexmark, Hewlett Packard is favorable but not required.

Education/Experience:

  • Minimum two years of industry experience in similar role or with comparable responsibilities.
  • Associate's degree in information technology or computer science is preferred but not required.
