Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Reception: Greet and welcome all guests, clients, and visitors, ensuring a positive and friendly first impression.
- Mail and Deliveries: Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely distribution and collection.
- Appointment Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings as needed.
- Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Security Procedures: Follow security protocols by monitoring visitor access and issuing visitor badges when necessary.
- Customer Service: Address and resolve any inquiries, concerns, or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Office Maintenance: Ensure that the front desk and lobby area are kept clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Qualifications:
