Responsibilities include:
Accounts payable: data entry, payment processing and vendor documentation management
Accounts receivable: communicate with customers to increase cash flow and reduce days invoices are outstanding
Financial transactions: Create invoices/progress billing and complete bank deposits
Payroll: Track and report payroll hours and commission payments
Job costing: Track and report associated project costs to verify profit targets.
Data tracking: Assist in data collection of company metrics & leads/sales conversion
Assist office team as needed
Minimum Requirements
1 Year experience using QuickBooks Online
1 Year experience in Accounts Receivables
Strong computer skills a must
Self-starter with excellent analytical and verbal skills a must
Strong organization and record keeping skills
The ability to identify errors and take needed steps to resolve problems
Office hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Company offers competitive salary and benefits.
