HR Operations Management:
  • Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Ensure the HR team provides high-quality services to B2B clients efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with legal standards and organizational requirements.
Client Relationship Oversight:
  • Act as the primary liaison for B2B clients regarding HR-related inquiries.
  • Assess client needs and tailor HR services accordingly.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction with HR offerings.
Compliance and Reporting:
  • Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and present reports on HR activities and metrics to senior leadership.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost integrity.
Continuous Improvement Initiatives:
  • Identify opportunities for enhancement in HR processes and implement effective solutions.
  • Stay informed about HR best practices and industry developments.
  • Lead HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving service delivery and employee experience.
Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in human resources.
  • Experience in a multi-client environment is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Proven capacity to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • SHRM or PHR certification is preferred.
