Summary/objective:

The Key Account Marketing Manager oversees the development of new products and the execution of marketing campaigns aimed at reaching key targeted channels and driving business objectives.

Essential functions

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify key target channels, market trends and competitive landscapes.
  • Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns targeting specific demographics, psychographics, and behavioral characteristics across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional mail.
  • Coordinate with creative teams, content creators, and external agencies to ensure the timely and effective delivery of marketing assets.
  • Monitor campaign performance and metrics while optimizing tactics as needed to maximize ROI.
  • Identify addressable market and development tactics and provide input and recommendations on new product design to engineering to gain market share.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior management to define marketing goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and tailored messages to specific audience segments to maximize engagement and meet target objectives.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert in assigned channel (military, municipal or agriculture, industry, or forestry) and develop a comprehensive strategy to maximize revenue.
  • Provide marketing support and materials to sales teams as needed for effective lead generation and conversion.
Requirements:

Competencies

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and digital marketing platforms including but not limited to Google Analytics, social media management tools, CRM platforms and email marketing software.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data and insight into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all departments.
  • Proven experience in marketing management with a track record of successful campaign development and execution.
  • A passion for marketing, creative thinking and possesses an interest in industry trends. Work environment
  • Periodic weekend or evening work as needed.

Physical demands

  • Up to 10lbs of force exerted occasionally.
  • Up to 5lbs frequently
  • Significant sitting

Travel required.

  • Travel will fluctuate from low to moderate based on company needs.

Required education and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing roles focusing on strategy development and execution.

Preferred education and experience

  • Google Analytics Professional Certification
