Strategic Marketing Manager for Key Accounts

Snap-Tite Hose, a leading manufacturer specializing in high-quality fire, agricultural, and industrial hoses, is in search of a proficient and seasoned Key Account Marketing Manager. This pivotal role involves the formulation and implementation of strategic marketing initiatives aimed at fostering growth and amplifying brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive market research and analysis to pinpoint essential target channels, emerging market trends, and competitive dynamics.
- Lead the creation of integrated marketing campaigns tailored to specific demographics, psychographics, and behavioral traits across various platforms, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing methods.
- Work in close collaboration with creative teams, content developers, and external agencies to ensure the prompt and effective production of marketing materials.
- Evaluate the performance and metrics of marketing campaigns, implementing necessary adjustments to optimize return on investment.
- Identify the addressable market and devise strategies, while providing insightful recommendations to engineering regarding new product designs to capture a larger market share.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing roles with a focus on strategy development and execution.
Preferred:
- Certification in Google Analytics.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, social media management platforms, CRM systems, and email marketing software.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with the ability to convert data and insights into effective marketing strategies.
- Excellent project management skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adjust to evolving business needs.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration across various departments.
- Demonstrated experience in marketing management, with a proven track record of successfully developing and executing marketing campaigns.
