Position Summary:

The Accounts Receivable Clerk plays a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations. This position is responsible for ensuring the accurate processing of invoices and managing customer accounts while providing exceptional service to clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to oversee all relevant operations within the financial department.
  • Accurately process incoming invoices and verify details against service agreements.
  • Assign financial tasks to team members and ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain clear communication with customers regarding their accounts and any outstanding balances.
  • Prepare and review all financial documentation for accuracy.
  • Support the accounts receivable team in generating reports and tracking key performance indicators.
  • Exhibit a strong customer service orientation, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly.
  • Assist in the training of new staff on financial processes and systems.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a financial or accounting role is desirable.
  • Proficiency in WMS and other financial software is required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility in work hours to meet business needs.
