The Job:

The Corporate Human Resources Manager will provide direct support to the Corporate Director of Talent Acquisition, Corporate Director of HR, and SVP of HR. This role will be the departmental representative for all corporate team members as well as assist with initiatives for the property HR teams. Functions will include corporate recruitment, training, performance management, payroll, and compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws.


Requirements:

To be successful as the Corporate Human Resources Manager, you will need:

  • Minimum of 5 years of Hotel/Resort HR experience, preferably in a generalist role
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws and regulations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Prefer a bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
  • SHRM or HRCI certification a plus
