The IQMS/ERP Specialist role will be responsible for understanding all ERP modules and creating solutions based on a variety of brands’ needs and how they integrate with the ERP system. The IQMS/ERP Specialist will be able to work cross-functionally with the different teams and company leaders in deriving the ERP requirements and solution. This role will be the primary point of contact for all our ERP systems including installation and maintenance of IQMS enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions. You will be collaborating with the business to determine which business processes need optimization, enhancing the performance of our IT system, and deploying and implementing suitable ERP solutions.

Requirements:Responsibilities


Operational Management

  • Establish ERP needs via business process analysis and consultation
  • Key administrator of the ERP system including user, security and system tasks
  • Write customized programs and scripts, as well as configurations as needed
  • Liaison with third party vendor with larger modifications and improvements
  • Champion modification and regression testing for user acceptance
  • Lead and document training efforts for the organization
  • Provide technical support to end users
  • Create and maintain standardized templates for ERP system requests, improvements and modifications
  • Analyze and optimize existing infrastructure / cloud performance
  • Champion user-friendly functionalities and interfaces
  • Lead and manage seamless integration with other IT systems
  • Support ERP data analysis efforts
  • Adhere to company policies and industry regulations
  • Keep abreast of the latest ERP upgrades, functionality and offers
  • Additional tasks as required

Strategy & Planning

  • Support business challenges and requests via ERP functionality and capabilities
  • Support other IT personnel for related systems and integrations
  • Evaluate and regularly meet with Third Party supporting the ERP
  • Recommend ERP modification timeline and priorities

Background & Qualifications


Education & Certification

  • College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science, information technology, or related field and/or equivalent work experience.
  • Certifications in [Project management, Documentation, Training].
  • At least [5] years of prior hands-on experience working with [3DS IQMS]
  • Must have [3] years' experience as an ERP Specialist

Knowledge & Experience

  • Exceptional knowledge of ERP systems
  • Working knowledge of a range of database and diagnostic utilities, including [Oracle SQL Developer]
  • Demonstrate progressive experience in the management of a technical support team
