About the Position:
We are looking for dedicated and diligent Procurement Specialists to become part of our team at Collabera. This position is focused on executing procurement strategies, standards, and operational frameworks to ensure the organization's objectives are achieved.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in purchasing and procurement, emphasizing customer satisfaction through effective communication and negotiation skills.


Key Responsibilities:
- Address client inquiries regarding order status, modifications, or cancellations
- Acquire goods, materials, supplies, and services to fulfill organizational requirements
- Draft purchase orders, authorize payments, and negotiate pricing
- Assemble price proposals, financial reports, and other data to support decision-making
- Oversee contract performance and ensure adherence to obligations
- Engage with suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries and resolve issues
- Operate independently with minimal supervision and influence colleagues within the work environment

Educational Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED is mandatory
- A minimum of 3 to 4 years of relevant experience is required.

Essential Skills for Supply Chain:
- Strong motivation, sound judgment, and a solid work ethic
- Proven experience in purchasing and procurement
- Capability to work efficiently with limited oversight
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities

- Proficiency in MS Excel, including pivot tables, search functions, XLookUps, sorting, and filtering. Note: Experience with ERP or MRP systems, particularly SAP, is preferred but not essential.

This role will involve procuring various commodities, including machined/sheet metal parts, vacuum-formed components, hardware, and electrical items.
Occasional late meetings may necessitate remote work, and any overtime must receive prior approval from management.
