This position is the connector to potential franchisees and the sales and development team. This person is responsible for vetting sales leads and presenting them to the franchise sales team for in-depth consideration. A go-getter who thrives and enjoys a fast-paced environment. This person must be self-motivated.

Responsibilities:

You will serve an important role in the success of the Franchise Development Team and have responsibility for vetting leads received. This includes lead generation of traditional and non-traditional requests.

Support franchise offices with creating their lead-generating marketing and sales strategies incorporating centrally produced assets and tools targeting the demographic data of identified target audiences

Educate potential franchisees about the brands

Learn the business and partner with the Operations Team and Marketing Team members to understand monthly and annual revenue goals.

Work in partnership with Operations and Fran Development to develop and implement lead-generation strategies

Analyze, track, and report on lead generation data and provide timely updates to the Franchise Development leadership.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelors degree in business or marketing is preferred or four years of relevant experience.
  • Previous franchise sales lead experience a plus.
  • A strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • The ability to quickly build rapport, including online, in person, and over the phone.
  • High proficiency with MS Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
