Purpose:
As our Franchise Sales Coordinator you’ll play an impactful role in making a great first impression for the Edible Brand with new prospective Franchisees, as well as ensuring the right candidates get through the top funnel.
You’ll work collaboratively with the Franchise Development team, ensuring a seamless Franchise Development selection process for candidates and your team through executing efficient and organized coordination, documentation and reporting.

Location: This position will work onsite out of our home office in Sandy Springs, GA Monday-Friday.
What that looks like day to day
- Lead Management and Pre-qualification
- Proactively pursue prospective franchisees in new growth markets, as well as effectively processing and pre-qualifying internal leads
- Explain and educate prospects on the UFOC and Franchise Agreement
- Sales Support
- Support the Franchise Development Team with all administrative tasks, including but not limited to documentation of all communications and statuses, coordinating on-going meetings, and seminars of prospective leads throughout the sales cycle
- Supporting the team by preparing franchise development updates and reporting for daily/weekly meetings
- Scheduling and Coordination
- Supporting organizing travel arrangements as needed for members of the team and prospective franchisees
- Travel as needed to various franchise events, seminars and business meetings as required by the business
- Compliance and Documentation
- Compile, organize, and track a high volume of compliance files including but not limited to Confidential Applications, Proof of Liquidity, Resumes, Background Forms, Credit Reports, Etc.
- Organize and distribute daily emails containing Confidential Applications sent by prospective franchisees Partners along with maintaining database with documentation submitted by leads for remote Franchise Development Manager’s review
- Reporting and Market Analysis
- Review franchise publications and department staff meetings to keep informed of franchise market conditions
- Collaborate with Real Estate Team to stay informed on the available inventory of new areas to be developed within territory
Requirements:
- Experience with sales pre-qualification responsibilities, as well as sales process coordination required
- Experience working directly with prospective franchisees, clients and/or candidates required (phone/email)
- Technical proficiency - you have experience using various software programs and are able to learn new programs and technology quickly
- Franchise experience preferred
