Moon Air in Elkton, MD is looking to hire an Inside Sales Representative to act as a liaison to assist our customers with their home service challenges and act as a cheerleader for our technical team. The ISR in this role will genuinely want to help our customers by being empathetic, understanding their needs, being enthusiastic, and communicating solutions passionately and effectively. Our ISR will hold the key secondary position of being the team's "cheerleader" throughout the day by providing them encouragement toward meeting their goals.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

As a Customer Service Representative, you are essential to our company's day-to-day operations. As part of your various duties, you will actively reach out to our customers and prospective customers by phone. You will systematically follow up on opportunities, offer our exclusive maintenance plan to prior customers, and engage with our

You will earn your commissions through the ethical treatment of our customers and assisting them to obtain the highest quality service, whether it's HVAC, Plumbing or Electric. You are adept at keeping accurate notes in the client relations system to ensure our technicians are aware of the customers' needs and requests.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

  • A minimum of 3 years of customer service
  • Extensive experience with the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to make outbound phone calls and answer incoming calls as required.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Helping people must be part of your DNA
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Track record of over-achieving
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • High school diploma
