Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by warmly greeting, thanking, and engaging with customers, ensuring they feel valued and recognized.
  • Execute quick and precise sales transactions at the register, addressing any discrepancies in transactions such as voids or errors in financial products.
  • Prepare high-quality food items using kitchen equipment (fryers, ovens, slicers, etc.) in accordance with company standards and food safety regulations.
  • Maintain appropriate inventory levels in the Deli (both Cold and Hot sections).
  • Promote company specials by informing customers and utilizing suggestive selling techniques during each transaction.
  • Organize and clean sales areas (deli, sales floor, and cooler) to ensure products are visually appealing and readily available for customers.
  • Maintain cleanliness of floors, restrooms, parking areas, and all other store surroundings.
  • Adhere to safe working practices that comply with company safety protocols.
  • Follow all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Abide by all company policies as outlined in the employee handbook.
Required Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks to fulfill customer requirements.
  • Professional demeanor and a positive outlook.
  • Team-oriented, trustworthy, diligent, and reliable attendance.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
Physical Requirements:
  • Availability to work various shifts (morning, evening, overnight), weekends, and holidays.
  • Daily tasks include standing, pushing, pulling, reaching, bending, squatting, climbing, walking, lifting (up to 55 lbs.), and working in cold indoor environments (35 degrees or less).
  • Capability to work in diverse seasonal weather conditions.
