YOUR SCHEDULE

This full-time customer service and sales role typically works Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm.


YOUR DAY AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP - INSIDE SALES SPECIALIST

When you join our heating and HVAC company as a Customer Service Rep - Inside Sales Specialist, each day starts by reaching out to customers, checking in to see how they're doing, and offering our exclusive maintenance plans. Every call is an opportunity to build a connection, provide top-notch service, and help customers get the best from their HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems. As you engage with each person, you keep detailed notes in the client relations system, ensuring our technicians have all the info they need to exceed expectations. By the end of the day, you've not only met your goals but also earned your commissions through honest, ethical service that puts the customer first.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma
  • 3+ years of customer service experience
  • Extensive experience with the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to make outbound phone calls and answer incoming calls while using exceptional phone skills
  • Helping people must be part of your DNA
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Track record of over-achieving
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Experience with Service Titan (preferred)
