We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resource Intern who is eager to dive into HR, to join our dynamic HR team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in various HR functions, offering an excellent opportunity to learn and develop skills in a real-world setting.

Duties/Responsibilities:

* Assist in the administration of COBRA management

* Maintain and organize employee files while ensuring confidentiality

* Assist with various HR projects

* Handle basic employee questions regarding where specific information can be found, insurance card help, navigating internal platforms, etc.

* Support onboarding activities for new hires, including documentation, I-9 Verification

* Maintain and update employee records and HR databases

* Manage employee anniversary recognition

* Assist in planning activities and events such as the company holiday party

* Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed

* Assist recruiting efforts as needed



Skills/Abilities:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

* Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team

Education and Experience:

* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

* Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources
