Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

The Human Resources Leadership Program Internship will allow you to impact the future of the HR organization. During the 10-12 weeks, you will be focused on projects in HR areas such as HR generalist, employee relations, recruiting, learning and development, compensation and benefits, or acquisition integration. We offer meaningful, impactful work and a jam-packed summer events calendar that includes team building, career development opportunities, and more.

Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Enrolled in a master's degree focusing on business or human resources disciplines (e.g., industrial & labor relations, industrial & organizational psychology, organizational behavior, finance, law)
  • Minimum 3.0 cumulative G.P.A. off a 4.0 scale
  • Willing to work in Cincinnati, OH


Eligibility Requirements:

Benefits:

Pay rates for this position (pursuing master's degree) is set at $38/hour. Relocation support and housing assistance is available for those who relocate to a new city.
