Key Responsibilities

  • Stay informed about legal standards and governmental reporting requirements that impact human resources operations, ensuring that all policies, procedures, and reporting are compliant.
  • Conduct recruitment activities including interviewing, testing, and selecting candidates to fill open positions.
  • Organize and facilitate new employee orientation programs to promote a positive outlook towards organizational objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of personnel actions such as new hires, promotions, transfers, performance assessments, and terminations for compliance reporting.
  • Manage leave administration for assigned locations.
  • Provide guidance to management on the effective resolution of employee relations challenges.
  • Address inquiries related to policies, procedures, and HR programs.
  • Prepare documentation for employee separations and conduct exit interviews to understand the reasons for departures.
  • Generate monthly reports for the department.
  • Develop human resources strategies by gathering and analyzing data, and proposing actionable recommendations.
  • Enhance employee and managerial performance by identifying issues, evaluating potential solutions, implementing chosen strategies, and providing coaching.
  • Complete special projects by defining objectives, establishing timelines, conducting research, organizing information, and executing necessary actions.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations by communicating project updates and addressing concerns, while analyzing time and cost implications.
  • Compile reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing relevant data and trends.
  • Safeguard the organization's integrity by maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related discipline from an accredited institution, with 1-3 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A valid driver's license may be required, along with compliance with SBM Driver Approval standards.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.

Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000 per year

Shift: Regular Business Hours, including nights and weekends
