  • Maintain accurate records of personnel actions such as hiring, promotions, transfers, performance evaluations, and terminations for compliance reporting.
  • Manage leave administration processes for assigned locations.
  • Provide guidance to management on resolving employee relations challenges.
  • Address inquiries related to policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Prepare documentation for employee separations and conduct exit interviews to understand the reasons for departures.
  • Generate monthly reports for the department.
  • Develop human resources strategies by gathering and analyzing data, and recommending actionable solutions.
  • Enhance performance of managers and employees by identifying issues, evaluating potential solutions, and implementing chosen strategies; provide coaching and support.
  • Complete special projects by defining objectives, establishing timelines, conducting research, organizing information, and executing tasks.
  • Manage client expectations by communicating project updates and addressing concerns; analyze time and cost factors.
  • Compile reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing relevant data and trends.
  • Safeguard the organization's integrity by maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related discipline from an accredited institution, along with 1-3 years of relevant experience; or a comparable combination of education and experience.
  • A valid driver's license may be required, along with compliance with SBM Driver Approval standards.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.

Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000 annually

Shift: Regular Business Hours, including potential nights and weekends
