We are seeking a reliable and experienced Facilities Maintenance with a great personality and a keen eye for detail. To maintain a high level of cleanliness & safety throughout the designated areas of our facility. Reporting to the Director of Operations the ideal candidate should have a solid work ethic and able to perform all general cleaning of the facility as assigned.

Responsibilities:
  • Performing all general cleaning of the facility and restrooms as assigned by management including but not limited to sweeping, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, gathering of trash for removal, etc.
  • Refilling supplies and all paper products such as paper towels and toilet paper.
  • Wiping and sanitizing entire kitchens.
  • Routine cleaning of facilities and grounds to ensure safety and a respectable appearance.
  • Move furniture and fixtures as required.
  • Work in a collaborative team environment and communicate in a professional manner.
  • Ability to manage various tasks in a defined period of time.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED, required
  • Ability to move and handle fixtures weighing 0-50 pounds, climb ladders, walk, stand, stoop, kneel, and lift during the majority of work shift
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to follow health and safety standards
  • Time management and  proactivity
  • Knowledge and use of handheld tools
  • Analyze problems with facility/systems and consult with supervisor on solution
  • Ability to communicate professionally
  • Knowledge and practice of working in a safe manner
  • Ability to work with various contractors and supervise if needed
