Job Overview

Compensation: Salary Range $25.00

Qualifications:

  1. Familiarity with the tools, techniques, and equipment commonly utilized in custodial or general maintenance tasks.
  2. Ability to comprehend and execute both written and verbal instructions.
  3. Capability to operate and maneuver power tools and equipment associated with maintenance duties.
  4. Physical stamina and strength to carry out demanding manual tasks.
  5. Proficiency in performing minor repairs and adjustments on cleaning machinery.
  6. Current employees must have achieved a satisfactory performance rating of 80% or higher on their most recent evaluation and must be in good standing without any disciplinary actions in the past six months.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct regular inspections and carry out necessary repairs on facilities and equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
  2. Execute painting tasks for garages, parking lots, and office spaces.
  3. Clean garage and lot surfaces using scrubber/sweeper machines and pressure washing equipment.
  4. Dispose of waste from facilities efficiently.
  5. Perform additional related tasks as required.
