Job Overview

Position: Facility Maintenance Attendant

Schedule: Sunday to Thursday, 7 am to 3:30 pm


Role Summary: The Facility Maintenance Attendant is tasked with ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of all shared spaces and amenities within the property. This includes the upkeep of the grounds, buildings, equipment, and recreational areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain cleanliness in the front lobby, corridors, restrooms, elevators, stairwells, and other communal spaces.
  • Perform sweeping and mopping of floors.
  • Conduct general cleaning by disposing of trash, sweeping, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Oversee the maintenance of common area walls, windows, and doors.
  • Dust and wipe down furniture and surfaces.
  • Assist guests with service requests as necessary, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
  • Identify and report any potential maintenance issues.
  • Execute additional housekeeping tasks as directed.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma is mandatory.
  • Dependable and punctual.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for cleanliness.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping (preferably in residential, hotel, or community settings).
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 30 pounds.
