Medix Infusion is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join our team in Arizona. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will identify growth opportunities within local practices, hospitals, and healthcare systems to facilitate referrals and coordinate patient care.


Medix Infusion provides personalized home and in-suite infusion therapy services for patients with chronic or acute conditions. Our dedicated team ensures each patient’s journey is as smooth as possible. We offer a range of medical infusion therapies, including anti-infectives, biologics, IVIG, and other injectable and infusion treatments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer accounts, follow up with customers for administrative purposes, and provide troubleshooting assistance for orders, account statuses, and other issues.
  • Perform data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information, maintaining an organized and accessible filing system.
  • Increase referral conversion rates monthly to ensure patients receive timely services.
  • Work closely with the Key Accounts Executive to capture necessary documentation for referrals.
  • Develop and monitor performance indicators for sales and staff members, manage sales tracking tools, and compile reports.
  • Create and process orders in a timely manner, handle rush orders, and review pending orders and customer requests to ensure satisfaction.
  • Handle administrative duties for the company and its executives and management teams.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills when interacting with Medix Infusion staff, vendors, and patients.
  • Ability to work as a team member and develop productive and cooperative working relationships with all members of the Medix Infusion team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and Microsoft Teams for communication, accessing company policies, and electronic medical records.
  • Physical demands include frequent standing, walking, sitting, bending, twisting, talking, and hearing. Prolonged periods of sitting, keyboarding, and reading may be required. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include reading, distance, computer, and color vision. Talking and hearing are essential for communication.
