Sales Support Specialist

We are a prominent national provider of garage door services and installations, committed to delivering outstanding products and services to our clientele. With a solid reputation for excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction, we are looking for dedicated Inside Support team members to drive sales and achieve targeted revenue objectives.
Position Summary:
As a member of the Inside Support team, you will be instrumental in managing follow-up sales for garage doors, handling service inquiries, and providing quotes over the phone. The Inside Support team will also assist the Virtual Product Specialist sales personnel, the Install Coordination Department, and the Customer Experience Department.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Activities
- Each Inside Sales team member will be assigned a specific number of follow-up sales leads daily. It is the responsibility of the team member to reach out to each lead promptly, build a sales pipeline, follow up diligently, and close as many sales as possible.
- Team members will have the chance to handle Phone Quote leads, where they must deliver exceptional customer service, create value, and close these opportunities effectively.
- For service-related inquiries, team members will aim to convert as many previously unconverted service jobs as possible through both inbound and outbound efforts.
Organizational Skills
- Each team member is expected to maintain organization with all leads to ensure no opportunities are overlooked. Team members will utilize Chiirp software to manage tasks, pipelines, text communications, calendars, and reminders to keep track of their prospects.
Customer Service Excellence
- Team members will be accountable for delivering the highest quality of customer service.
- All leads will be treated with the utmost professionalism, care, and attention.
Performance Metrics
- This role is centered around performance. Team members must consistently meet metrics and maintain high performance levels.
Qualifications:
- A proven history of at least 5 years in sales.
- Experience in the garage door sector or a related home improvement field is advantageous.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales performance tracking software.
