Position Summary:

As a member of the Inside Support team, you will be integral in managing follow-up sales, service inquiries, and phone quote transactions. The Inside Support personnel will also assist the Virtual Product Specialist sales team, Install Coordination Department, and Customer Experience Department.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Activities:

  • Each Inside Sales team member will be assigned a specific number of follow-up sales leads daily. The member will be responsible for promptly contacting each lead, developing a sales pipeline, following up, and closing as many sales as possible.
  • Inside Sales members will have the chance to handle Phone Quote leads, where they must deliver exceptional customer service, establish value, and close these leads effectively.
  • Members responsible for service inquiries will aim to convert as many non-converted service jobs as possible through both inbound and outbound efforts.

Organizational Duties:

  • Each member will maintain organization with all leads to ensure no opportunities are overlooked. They will utilize Chiirp software to create tasks, manage pipelines, send text messages, schedule calendars, and set reminders to track their opportunities.

Customer Experience Focus:

  • Inside Support members will ensure the highest quality of customer service is provided.
  • All leads will be treated with equal professionalism, time, and effort.

Performance Expectations:

  • This role is driven by performance metrics. Team members are expected to consistently meet targets and perform at a high standard.
Qualifications:
  • A proven sales track record of at least 5 years.
  • Experience in the garage door sector or related home improvement industries is advantageous.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales performance tracking software.
