Act as the Customer's Advocate:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and guiding them through the sales process.
  • Maintain open and transparent communication, ensuring clients feel supported at every stage.

Collaborate and Improve:

  • Work in tandem with our installation and service teams to guarantee a smooth transition from sale to service.
  • Provide valuable feedback to our marketing team to enhance lead quality and campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma (an associate degree in business or marketing is advantageous).
  • A minimum of two years of experience in sales support or coordination, preferably in HVAC or a related industry.
  • Outstanding organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software (experience with Service Titan is a plus).
