Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate and manage project activities from initiation to completion.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, customers, and vendors.
  • Utilize project management tools and systems to track progress.
  • Foster a customer-centric approach, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Adapt quickly to changing project requirements and priorities.


Qualifications:


- Proven experience in Project Management or Project Coordination.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:


- Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Master’s Degree in a relevant field.

- PMP Certification similar Project Management certification(s).

- Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud suite.

- Familiarity with labeling solutions or manufacturing processes.

- Familiarity with ERP systems.

- Knowledge of estimating processes.
