Production Specialist and Customer Relations Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated individual to fill the dual role of Production Specialist and Customer Relations Coordinator at In Solidarity Project. This position encompasses both hands-on production tasks and engaging customer service responsibilities.

The production aspect (approximately 50-70% of the role) involves working closely with our manufacturing team to construct, assemble, and package our specialized products. You will collaborate with a fellow team member to ensure timely production while maintaining a strong focus on quality control and process optimization.

As a Customer Relations Coordinator (30-50% of the role), your primary responsibility will be to foster positive interactions with our customers. This includes addressing inquiries, resolving warranty concerns, updating our online platforms, and assisting visitors. You will also take the lead in organizing direct-to-consumer events, enhancing the overall experience for our clientele.

Success in this role requires a hands-on approach, comfort with tools and materials, and a passion for engaging with people. You should possess strong communication skills, both in person and digitally, and be tech-savvy with innovative ideas for improving our operations. Being part of a small team means you will have the opportunity to contribute to various areas, including shipping, research and development, and multimedia projects, where creativity is highly valued.

While prior assembly experience is not mandatory, a willingness to work with your hands is essential. You will manage all customer communications during designated office hours, balancing your time between production and customer engagement.
