Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop and implement detailed project schedules, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Subcontractor Management: Coordinate with subcontractors, including plumbers, electricians, and cabinetry specialists, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Expense Tracking and Budgeting: Monitor and control job expenses, ensuring projects are completed within allocated budgets.
- Job Site Organization and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized job site, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
- Homeowner Communication: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring homeowners are satisfied with the project outcome.
Ideal Candidate:
- 3+ years of experience in construction project management or a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
