Requirements
Project Coordinator: This is where you come in.
We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to effectively support the Service Special Projects Account Manager Team with administrative tasking. You will be responsible for demonstrating a sincere desire to provide top notch customer service and work with co-workers in a cooperative manner. There will be performance standards set by management and company policies that you will be expected to adhere to. In return for achieving aggressive goals, you’ll get rewarded with more to own, a ton of growth opportunities, and more freedom than you’ve probably ever had.
Top deliverables in the first year to be a hero:
- Complete, route and manage all assigned leads, both external and internal in an accurate and timely manner
- Assist in all preliminary aspects of the project sales process as requested by the Account Executive Team.
- Create and Process warranties and startup reports for internal tasking.
The Project Coordinator role reports to Jessica Storm – SSP Project Coordination Manager on a collaborative team working on a variety of projects and initiatives to support our growing business. This highly visible role interacts with all levels and functions within the organization.

Benefits
Compensation: $25-$29 hourly
