Requirements

Project Coordinator: This is where you come in.

We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to effectively support the Service Special Projects Account Manager Team with administrative tasking. You will be responsible for demonstrating a sincere desire to provide top notch customer service and work with co-workers in a cooperative manner. There will be performance standards set by management and company policies that you will be expected to adhere to. Top deliverables in the first year to be a hero:

  • Complete, route and manage all assigned leads, both external and internal in an accurate and timely manner
  • Assist in all preliminary aspects of the project sales process as requested by the Account Executive Team.
  • Create and Process warranties and startup reports for internal tasking.

The Project Coordinator role reports to Jessica Storm – SSP Project Coordination Manager on a collaborative team working on a variety of projects and initiatives to support our growing business. This highly visible role interacts with all levels and functions within the organization.

Benefits

Compensation: $25-$29 hourly
