We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team at DLR Group. As a Project Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting our project teams and ensuring the smooth execution of projects from pre-design through project closeout.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to project teams, including coordination with project managers and teams, construction documentation workflows, consultant agreements, specifications, field information, tracking of addenda, and maintaining project documentation.
- Assist project managers with other aspects of team and project management, including ad hoc tasks relating to project and team members.
- Maintain confidential information as it relates to projects.
- Assist in assembling and coordinating documents for AIA contracts, client meetings, and project correspondence.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3 or more years of experience in the A/E or Construction industry providing project support
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Bluebeam, and project information management systems
- Ability to key 60wpm
- High attention to detail
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship
- Experience using Deltek VantagePoint and AIA Contract Documents software
- Adobe Creative Suite experience
- Experience with commercial projects in an administrative support role
