Responsibilities:
  • Answering phone and email communications quickly and completely
  • Monitor the progress of projects to ensure on-time completion and follow-up as needed
  • Job Costing, Invoicing and expense report reconciliation.
  • Logistics -coordinate delivery of materials, scheduling of equipment and occasionally labor
  • Order and occasionally pickup miscellaneous parts
  • Milestone invoicing for payment
  • Convert quotes to orders in ERP, archive quotes and completed jobs from Job folders
  • Create Submittals/ Quotes and Owners Manuals
  • Reliable, punctual, strong work ethic and self-motivated
  • Build long term mutually beneficial relationships with our customers and other departments
  • Create weekly sales reports in ERP for Sales and monthly reports for Management Team
Qualifications:
  • Education - Some college preferred
  • 2 years of Construction experience or Project Coordinating skills
  • Good computer & technical skills required. Microsoft Office – Outlook & Excel a must.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude; with Mechanical or Equipment knowledge helpful
  • Ability to read blueprints/drawings – Auto CAD 3D Solid Modeling is a plus
  • Previous manufacturing, construction, Mission Critical or Aviation Fuel System experience a plus
