Responsibilities:


Develop and implement the talent management strategy:

  • Design and implement talent management strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization's mission, vision, and values.
  • Focus on culture building, employee retention, career development, training, learning, DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion), and performance management.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current on HR trends and best practices.

Refine the performance management program:

  • Ensure an effective and fair performance management process.
  • Train managers on the process, fair assessment, feedback, and coaching.
  • Automate and continuously enhance the performance management process.

Create training programs to promote continuous learning:

  • Lead the design and implementation of training programs addressing organizational needs and individual development plans.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
  • Utilize internal and external resources to create engaging and effective training content.
  • Conduct training considering different learning modalities.
  • Incorporate new best practices into training programs.
  • Regularly assess and refine training initiatives based on feedback and performance data.
  • Integrate training outcomes into performance management processes.
  • Establish metrics to measure training program effectiveness.
  • Manage the training budget and resources efficiently.

Develop succession plans and leadership development:

  • Develop and implement a succession planning program.
  • Collaborate with HR and management to identify high-potential employees and succession strategies.
  • Design and execute leadership development initiatives.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to high-potential employees, fostering a culture of leadership excellence.

Create a welcoming experience for new employees:

  • Develop and enhance the onboarding process for a seamless and informative experience.
  • Implement training modules introducing new employees to the company's culture, values, and expectations.
  • Gather feedback to continuously improve the onboarding program.

Oversee Human Resources, reporting, and analytics:

  • Stay updated on learning technologies and tools to enhance training effectiveness.
  • Evaluate and implement e-learning platforms, virtual training solutions, and other technologies.
  • Oversee activities in HRIS and other HR-related software applications.
  • Manage HR analytics and reporting to track key metrics and provide insights for decision-making and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 4+ years of experience in designing and implementing training and development programs preferred.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures, including employment law, labor relations, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with impeccable attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information and work in a team environment with a strong customer service focus.
