Our revolutionary app-based booking and payment platform makes scheduling, paying, tipping, and rating easy, breezy, Squeezy. Similar to Postmates and Uber, after a Squeeze massage, instead of dealing with a clunky, stressful checkout process, our guests simply float out with the ability to tip and rate their therapist at their leisure post-massage. Personalized services allow guests to select massage preferences as well as control in-room settings from lighting to sound, all in a beautifully designed space. It’s a completely fresh approach to a way better massage experience.
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Vice President of Franchise Development to lead our expansion efforts through innovative franchise strategies. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Development, the Vice President of Franchise Development will play a pivotal role in driving growth nationally, overseeing the development of new franchise partnerships, identifying new business and partnership opportunities, and ensuring alignment with our company's vision and goals.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive franchise development strategy that supports company growth objectives and expands market presence. You will lead recruitment efforts to identify franchisees who align with Squeeze's core values through organic (e.g. networking organizations, social, affiliated groups, etc), paid (e.g. Meta, LinkedIn, etc), and broker channels
- Identify and research potential markets and opportunities for franchise expansion, including partnering with Marketing to identify and pursue partnership opportunities
- Conduct feasibility studies, market analysis, and financial assessments

- Manage the franchise sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure
- Negotiate and finalize franchise agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing franchisees, providing ongoing support and guidance
- Must have excellent presentation skills. Ability to conduct presentations and attend industry events as a representative of Squeeze to promote franchise opportunities and represent the company
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Prepare regular reports and forecasts on franchise development and sales performance for management review
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and legal teams to create effective franchise marketing materials, compelling sales materials, and promotional campaigns
- Implement and iterate a platform/software tool to ensure a seamless and tech-forward franchisee sales and onboarding experience
What You Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in franchise development, sales, or business development roles with experience in the health and wellness industry preferred.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of franchise laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strategic thinker with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-driven, resilient, and adaptable with ability to continually evolve and create opportunities to build franchisee pipeline.
- Willingness to travel (~20%) as needed to support franchise development activities.
Compensation: This is a commission-only position. Your earnings will be based on the sales you generate, offering unlimited income potential with no fixed salary.
